Midwinter Break, Part II -- Bowling

We took the kids bowling for the first time over the break.  Elijah was especially excited to try it out.  We rented four pairs of bowling shoes, which turned out to be wishful thinking.

As we expected, Elijah enjoyed the whole experience from rolling the balls to watching the score.  In this first picture, he obliged me my photo, but quickly went back to studying the score.

On the other hand, Keira hated all the noise and was not a happy girl.  While Daddy and Elijah bowled, I spent my time walking around with a mildly grumpy girl in the sling.  Honestly, as I assured Scott, I still had a great time.  I know my time with a sling baby is extremely finite.  I relish the time that I still have with my cozy, comfy girl.  Anyway, I still got to watch the action.
