Eli's Christmas Program

Eli attended a short, two week session of school before getting off for a four week Christmas break. He starts back to school this Tuesday. On his last day, he and his class performed once again for us. This time, there was no guest starring by Keira, and Eli did a great job. He sang an especially exuberant rendition of Jingle Bells complete with a joyful "Hey" after each verse. They also sang a Christmas song about wanting a hippopotamus for Christmas, hence the Hippo masks.

Then, the four year olds played a song for us on the bells, which was a little hard to pick out, but adorable nonetheless.

Finally, to round out the celebration, they had a special visitor from the North Pole. Not surprisingly, my two had no interest in sitting on St. Nick's lap, but they did get close enough to listen to his story.

As usual, Keira loved her visit to Eli's school. She smiled, flirted and generally ate up all the attention of the teens who kept saying how cute she was.
