During the third week of February, Elijah and Daddy had a week off of school and we enjoyed a week full of fun. Of course, most vacations are all about family time, and this one was no exception. Both kids enjoyed tons of time with Daddy. As Scottie is finishing up his Master's and taking two classes this semester he has tons of work all the time. Fortunately, Elijah is his eager helper and guinea pig. This semester offered more excitement than usual, since Scottie's taking a Science class. During the vacation, Elijah and Daddy enjoyed chiseling away rocks and classifying them together.
Keira also enjoyed some quality Daddy time while playing a new favorite -- Hi Ho Cherry-O and of course coming in for a cuddle.
A wonderful addition to our family vacation love fest was Aunt Seana. She came over one morning and got to spend some good quality time with her niece and nephew. They loved having her over and happily climbed all over her to give her plenty of silly love when she arrived.
